Cinnamon Rolls

1) Mix together the following and then let them sit for a few minutes:
 1/2 C warm water
 1 C warm milk
 1 Tbsp instant yeast
 1 C sugar
2) Add the following to the 1st mixture and mix util smooth.
 2 Tbsp butter/margarine
 2 eggs
 4 C flour
 1 tsp salt
 1 Tbsp cinnamon
3) Knead in another 1 - 2 cups of flour, until dough no longer is sticky; let dough rest for 30 - 45 minutes.
4) Mix the following and set aside for the filling:
 1 C brown sugar
 1/4 C flour
 1 Tbsp cinnamon
 1/4 C butter/margarine
5) Roll dough out to an 1/2 inch thin rectangle. Spread out a layer of filling. Roll up and then cut into 1 inch roll.
6) Place rolls onto greased baking sheet and let them rise until double in size.
7) Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes; until baked through.
8) Mix together the following for a glaze to spread on hot rolls:
 3/4 C powdered sugar
 1 tsp vanilla
 4 tsp warm water
