Salt Play-Dough

Ingredients:
1 Cup Salt
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Directions:
Mix salt and water in large saucepan on low heat and stir to start dissolving the salt.  When the water is warm add the other ingredients and mix until they pull away from the sides of the pan.  Remove from heat and turn out on counter.  Knead until the dough is a smooth consistency.  Add a couple drops of food coloring to add color if desired.  Store in air-tight container or zip-locked bag when not playing with.

This dough can also be dried and used for crafts or models.
